The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is so close to everything we want to see in the area. It makes it really easy to get around to the surrounding tourist attractions. We also loved that it is just a short walk to the town centre, which is about a 10-minute walk. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with great recommendations for places to eat and explore.

The lack of heating in the bathrooms, which made it unpleasant to go to the freezing toilet.

Warm room on a cold day, heater kept on late at night. Rooms have everything for young families. Awesome breakfast. Friendly staff, good size room. Central location for attractions, spacious and clean. Kitchenette facilities. Outdoor pool and BBQ area. Comfortable bed, accommodating for dietary needs. Quiet.

We stayed at a budget-friendly place in Katoomba that was perfect for young holiday goers. The room had a TV, fridge, and towels provided. It was just a short walk to the main street and had a small pool where we could relax.
